Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped. During busy times like holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer, thank you for your patience!

We ship via Australia Post or other trusted carriers.     

Standard shipping: 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Express shipping: available at checkout.

You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

International Shipping

Delivery time: typically 7–21 business days, depending on your country.       

 Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.     •   Some countries may restrict nail polish imports. If so, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

Items must be unused and in original condition unless faulty.     

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.         

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.       

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Address Errors & Lost Parcels

Please double check your address at checkout. We can’t replace parcels sent to incorrect addresses, but we’ll always do our best to help. If your parcel returns to us, re-shipping costs may apply.
